In order to advance and promote science, develop quantitative and qualitative scientific articles, improve educational and research affairs, present research results of university faculty members, establish communication between educational and research centers, recognize and introduce scientific creations in the field of new topics at the national level. And the international scientific journal "Board and Civilization" is formed. The main goals are as follows:
1- Introducing the board as a phenomenon worthy of research and scientific studies at the general level and the elite society, including seminarians and academics, will be one of the goals of this scientific publication.
